Unlike a real estate agent, REALTORS® are required to abide by a Code of Ethics, a standard higher than the law. As a member of the public, using a REALTOR® ensures that you have recourse should something go awry.

Free services are available to assist you in managing your complaint. An ombudsman can help you fill out the complaint form or even reach out to the broker or agent involved to reach a resolution. You may also schedule a session with a train mediator.
